I love the idea of moving beyond the traditional color palette when it comes to dressing up for the holidays. Steel Deal features a gorgeous satin upper with delicate pleating throughout which is somewhat reminiscent of all of the laser cut garments we're seeing. But it's the back bow detailing that has me ga ga. Oh it's so delicious and, to me, the ultimate kiss of femininity.

I had to show this shoe in both colors. I couldn't decide which I liked best. This post is aptly titled because I truly believe it is all about the details is this flirty pump. Before I talk about all of the delicious details in these shoes I just have to give a shout out to Celine - the designer of this little beauty. If you haven't yet checked out her blog - click here. You will love it and her. She's so full of joie de vivre you can't help but want to see her succeed. Now. Moving on. Everything is right here. From the exposed stitch detail to the perfectly place, perfectly shaped bow, to (I don't know if you can tell from the picture) the delicate heart shaped buckle. It's details like these that make this pretty platform look infinitely more expensive than it is.

Oh, and they are so sexy on.

I really loved the YSL Imperiale pump from the first instant I saw it way back when the weather was warm. I'm so happy to see this wonderful interpretation by Dolce Vita. The exaggerated platform is stunning and truly makes this shoe. Not in need of a black pump? These also come in gray suede (I've got my eye on those.)

It's A McQueen Kind of Monday

Oh snap! This deliciously fierce boot has all of the right elements. The loose scrunched shape and the contrast of the red leather lining give these instant sex appeal. Use your creativity and I'm betting you can wear these in a variety of ways. Ugh, these are truly magnificent and I do believe the perfect way to ring in a Monday.

Can't wait to see what kind of visitors I get because of that post title ;) But seriously folks, I have been eyeballing these bad boys for a long while now. Sadly, heels.com is sold out of my size but don't worry I signed up to be notified when/if my size comes back in stock. Anyhoo I really think these would be the perfect addition to my shoe closet. They really strike that balance between feminine and fierce so perfectly. That balance I've been searching for, for well over a year now.

Seriously? Seriously! These are hot. From the lace up, to the bondage like straps and the silver toned hardware, and the super skinny 4 inch stiletto heel. Aye mami! How could anyone not feel fabulous in these?

My quest for closed toe pumps continues and I know what's next on my list. Even though (ahem) my husband may have said after I bought these (ahem) "That's it for shoes for awhile, right?" and then I, of course, replied. "Yes, EXCEPT for closed toe pumps. I need those!"

It really is "Twu Wuv" with this delightful mary jane pump. I mean what's not to love? Mary janes are a classic. Add in the studs and I'm smitten. I love the design aesthetic there. And let me tell you, when you see them on. O.M.G. Hot!
